HEALTH AND WELLBEING
We understand that you will have gone through stressful and, possibly, traumatic experiences in leaving your friends and family, your home and your country. We will do what we can as a volunteer group to signpost you to services that can help you regarding your mental health, your physical health and your overall wellbeing.
Here you can find information regarding trauma support, psychological wellbeing and signposting for registering with local doctors and dentists. Your host will be able to help signpost you to these. You have free access to full medical services within the National Health Service (NHS).

We recognise that community support is very important. We have also made efforts to connect those coming from Ukraine with one another and we want to encourage you to make your own connections with local people and those who have come from Ukraine.
