REGISTERING WITH DOCTORS
Guests arriving under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme can access the National Health Service (NHS) for all their health care needs. There is no charge to have an appointment with a doctor under the NHS.
Proof of ID is not needed to register with a GP surgery but taking your passport with you may help. It would also save time to print out and fill in the GMS1 form for each member of the family. This can be downloaded here
